Our customer services team are on-hand Monday to Friday from 9am until 4pm to help with any order/account issues, technical questions or any other enquiries you may have.

We also offer a live chat service which you can find in the bottom right hand corner of the website. Simply open the tab, enter your name and email address, and one of our operators will be able to assist you.

Our support team is available Monday to Friday from 9am until 4pm. Please include your order number, the email address used to place your order, or the store that you visited where possible.

If any problems or faults occur with any of your hardware purchases, we offer a three month aftercare guarantee on all of our tanks and batteries.

Simply contact our support team who will try to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved and the item is still covered under our warranty, we will issue a replacement or refund under our Returns & Refunds policy.

If you are not happy with your purchases, we offer a 14-day Money Back Guarantee as long as your items return to us unopened and unused. You can find more information on our Returns & Refunds page.
